The Cadet Hotel is located in the heart of South Beach in the Art Deco District. The hotel's location on James Street is said to be quieter than on Collins Ave. or Ocean Dr., while still being central and convenient. Situated between the Convention Center and the Beach, Lincoln Road Mall, and nightlife, the Cadet is in the middle of all that is South Beach. The hotel is considered to be one of best values in South Beach, and one of the best-managed properties, as well. Past guests have given unanimously high marks to the Cadet for its fine service and overall cleanliness.
The guest rooms are relatively modest in size, but comfortable, and adequately air-conditioned. All guest rooms feature bambu floors, custom made armoires, 100% Egyptian cotton linens and luxurious bath amenities, with in-room safes, mini bar and fast Internet access. Guests have given many kudos to the friendly and efficient staff, who exceed the normal level of service in this trendy neighborhood. There is also a garden courtyard on the premises, where guests can order an optional breakfast, or simply relax. Shops, cafes and nightlife are just steps away.
